Amanda Bynes' Parents To Surrender Conservatorship To Mental Health Professional

Amanda Bynes has had a crazy month, and it's about to get worse with the latest report from TMZ. As it turns out, her parents Rick and Lynn have plans of surrendering their roles as conservator to their actress daughter.

TMZ has this report:

Amanda Bynes‘ parents Rick and Lynn plan on surrendering their roles as the conservator to their daughter, according to TMZ.

The parents of the troubled actress will ask the judge to transfer the conservatorship to a “mental health professional who specializes in handling people with severe mental illnesses.”

Another person will be granted the power over Amanda‘s financial matters.

After the conservatorship details are worked out, Rick and Lynn plan on moving to Texas to be near their older daughter. They believe that they don’t have what it takes to control Amanda and hope that if someone else has power over her finances that they can have a relationship with their daughter.

And the plot thickens.
