Jennifer Lawrence dropped seven figures on a luxe new Los Angeles home E! News exclusively learned. And trust us, the Oscar winner's new digs do not disappoint.
The actress paid more than $7 milion for the 5,550-square-foot pad, which boasts a home gym, gourmet kitchen and ample Hamptons-inspired charm. And if that wasn't enough, the five-bedroom abode is meticulously kept, with a quaint stone courtyard that leads to koi pond. Oh, and the sizable swimming pool in the back yard isn't a bad feature either. While this bachelorette pad may be a place for Lawrence to kick it with the gals, we expect that her new beau Chris Martin will probably get an invite to the new place as well.
We are just a few weeks away from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 as it hits theaters next month. In all likelihood she probably won't have a lot of time to enjoy her new pad once she gets busy with the promo tour.
